Writing, design, code, photography and artwork on this site belong to Shu or to the businesses the work was made for, and are protected by copyright. Quote a paragraph with a link back and that is fine. Republishing a whole post, passing the work off as yours, or feeding the site into a product you sell is not.
Brand names and logos in the Work and Brands sections belong to their owners. They appear to show what the work was, not to suggest any of those companies endorse this site.
What the site does not promise
Everything here is provided as it is. Posts describe what was built and what happened, at the time it happened, which is not advice for your situation and not a guarantee you would get the same result. Numbers quoted are from the projects described and are not a forecast for anyone else.
Nothing on this site creates a contract. Work is only ever agreed in writing, separately, before it starts.
