- Run day-to-day business operations while owning digital strategy, platform architecture, and delivery across a multi-brand group spanning branded workwear, embroidery and print, tyres and automotive, and digital services.
- Work directly with the Owner/CEO on commercial strategy, trading performance, and investment decisions across the group.
- Built and launched HAL, a conversational AI assistant live on bay38.com, handling visitor engagement and lead qualification.
- Designed and delivered a 7-brand digital product catalogue (150+ products) supporting the branded workwear programme for Micheldever Tyre Services, one of the UK's largest tyre distributors.
- Built live operational tools used daily by the production team: real-time Production Tracker and Sales Tracker, replacing manual spreadsheets.
- Customised and extended the DecoNetwork eCommerce platform beyond its native capability: custom mega menus, B2B customer portals, product template systems.
- Built the digital infrastructure supporting a production scale-up, doubling the production team and revenue.
- Architected a proprietary multi-agent AI development platform: a fleet of AI agents across multiple machines sharing persistent cloud memory, with automated auditing, versioning, and deployment.
- Introduced automated weekly reporting and internal project management tooling (Next.js, React, Supabase).
